At Heritage Investment Properties (HIP) Trust we enable everyone to take advantage of investment opportunities that others reserve for the rich and for their corporate partners. Most financial institutions are not interested in helping their smaller clients, only their large corporate friends.

In short HIP Trust guarantees 12% interest per year. Over a five year period that equates to 60%. A hundred thousand dollars turns into a hundred and sixty. It’s that simple. Lots of private placements exist out there; they’re used for building shopping centres and high-rises and financing oil and mineral extraction projects. Unfortunately, access to these opportunities is most often restricted.

At HIP Trust we’ve gone the extra mile to qualify our Mortgage Fund as a registered investment with the CRA. That means your annual RRSP contribution can now earn you 12% per year – guaranteed! No other RRSP can promise that. The Banks are so comfortable in their position they have no need to be competitive.

Further, in an effort to meet the varying needs of our clients, HIP Trust has unveiled two more investment options. Both of these products work almost identically as our original product; with these variations. The first is our Short Term Mortgage Fund, which offers clients a 6% return with a 2 year term. The Mid-Range Mortgage Fund offers you an 8% return with a 3 year term. Each of these options represents a third charge on our real estate properties (as opposed to the original 12% product which is a second charge).
